The staff is very diligent at getting in referrals and following up on patients care. Very well run office. Doctor was very nice, listened and honest. Overall very happy with the level of care of both the front office staff and the doctors.
Tara was very patient and listened to me and made sure I had no further questions. She was so thorough and asked questions that have never been asked before when having an annual checkup.
I recently wrote this review below because of a bad experience. But I should mention that this was one receptionist. So I don’t feel the whole office should be judged by one rude employee. I’ve been back recently and everyone was very nice and helpful. So I’m changing my review. However…whoever the receptionist was that was so rude, I hope they either remove or teach her a new way to approach clients. But everyone else has been kind and wonderful!
