Haven Health Flagstaff is a reputable healthcare facility that provides high-quality service and care to its residents. The team is caring, compassionate, and dedicated to providing the best possible care and rehabilitation services.
My brother had great care there by his nurses, they cared for him very well when he was transferred from a Phoenix hospital. He may not have enjoyed why is placed there but there care in getting his meds, the center had activities for the long term care residents, the physical rehabilitation with center was amazing. thank you to Vanessa, Sonya and Eugene.
I want to send out a huge thank you and appreciation for these workers I have had during my 3 week stay here at the Haven Health in flagstaff!
CNA'S - Sofia, Cheryl O, Sonia, Vanessa, Cotten, Eugene, Julie. They have worked so hard to make sure i had everything i needed to make my stay comfortable. Food, showers, bed changes regularly, if I needed anything they would do everything in their power to go above and beyond to make it happen!

Delores Poe-Ami is very consistent, compassionate, tolerant of her position as a nurse at the Haven. My medication was administered by Mrs. Ami at the specified time as prescribed preferably my eye drops. I highly recommend Mrs. Ami for any future advancement in her career as a Nurse.
