The app said there was a 120 minute wait time and I couldn't reserve in advance because it was walk-ins only. I went in person on a Monday and there was no one in line and no wait. Stephanie took her time giving me a point cut and did a great job! Highly recommend.

Walked in, no line so the stylist sat me down right away, and in less than 30 minutes walked out with a great pixie cut, shampoo and style. Stylist was professional, polite, and gave me a great hair cut.
