Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean facilities. We were in the area on vacation and needed to board our dog for the day but he lacked the bordetella vaccine. The clinic was able to to get us in that morning.

We called in on a Saturday morning while over the holiday weekend with a sick pup. 7am the office answered the phone and we were in office at 1030. Dr Folkers saw turbo after getting a warm reception from the staff. Diagnosis was quick and eliminated guesswork, along with a few meds to carry us over the weekend until a scheduled visit with our regular vet. Our pup is improving and the diagnosis was the right on target, and we were pleased with the end result and the cost. We were not over charged or put thru un necessary procedures. Recommended by our regular vet, everyone was great for a last minute same day appointment. All x-rays and blood work completed in house in a very short time. Will keep FVC as an alternate and glad to make primary should our veterinarian retire.
