Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the PA-C were extremely warm, welcoming and attentive. I felt heard and that my concerns were being taken seriously. Shoutout to Dr. Aurelius, she even followed up with me later to ask me how I was after my initial injections. Highly recommend this place for urgent medical care.
The clinic was very clean. Everyone was so pleasant. Really liked the nurse practitioner, Nicki. Clearly she was very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. I was a bit early, they got me in right away (I made my appointment online ahead of time) and I was walking out the door four minutes after my original appointment time. Very efficient and I was very happy with my first visit.
This clinic was really great. I felt really cared for and this was one of the best medical experiences I’ve had in a long time. Making an appointment online was super helpful and the medical assistant and doctor really listened to me and came up with a good plan. Thanks so much
