Always a pleasant experience when I go in. Dr. Greene does a great job at explaining what is/isn’t needed and has a very gentle touch. The front office lady, Yvette, was helpful in getting me scheduled quickly and my information uploaded. The assistant, Nova, made my X-ray experience painless and comfortable. After my appt, I requested a copy of my X-rays and received them within minutes of asking for them. Very efficient and friendly dental office!

The best dental group in Flagstaff! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to not only explain to me what work needed to be done, but why it needed to be done and how to prevent these issues in the future. They were all incredibly professional and have a personable touch. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to go here!

My experience here is always pleasant, from the moment I walk in, to the time that I check out. The front desk staff is friendly, prompt and helpful. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. Becky, the dental hygienist is professional, highly skilled, as well as warm and personable; I can't say enough good things about her. Dr. Hagerman is very skilled at what he does. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He explains every procedure and goes through the options in a way that I am able to understand and make my decisions knowledgeably.
