We recently built a new home and had an excellent experience with Chantal and the rest of the Engrained team. Chantal was amazing from the day we walked into their Flagstaff show room and looked at samples, all the way through final touch ups after install. She created a design for all of the areas of our house, went over pros and cons of the different choices and materials, answered tons of questions, helped make tweaks based on our budget, and then was extremely easy to communicate with via email, phone, and text throughout finalizing all of the details, fabrication, delivery, and install.We are totally in love with how our cabinets turned out, Chantal helped us make... read full review
Love our newly renovated kitchen with the help of Engrained and specifically Anna and Chantal. Epe and Raul did an amazing job with cabinet and countertop install too. Would definitely use their expertise again with any future projects!
I've worked with Anna at Engrained for almost 2 1/2 years. She, with support from her vendors, designed and specified all the cabinets in our new home in Flagstaff Ranch. The result exceeded our expectations. With over 44 years in the commercial construction industry, I was well aware of the nuances in residential cabinetry and installation. We worked through challenges expeditiously and to mutual satisfaction. I've built 2 new homes in the last 6 years and I'd hand pick Engrained Cabinetry and Anna without hesitation to do another one.
