We were lucky enough to walk into the Engrained showroom on a whim and meet with Anna. It felt like she really understood our style and preferences by the time we left that afternoon. Just a few months later, we’re living with our dream kitchen! Anna led us patiently through each step of the process and shared her design & product expertise along the way. We recently built a new home and had an excellent experience with Chantal and the rest of the Engrained team. Chantal was amazing from the day we walked into their Flagstaff show room and looked at samples, all the way through final touch ups after install.
