The pre office visit was a surprise. If I had known I would have given myself more time to arrive. I think filling all that info would have been easier at home on my phone.
Other than that it was a very good experience. Dr. Johnson was very helpful and considerate.Everything else went smoothly. The staff was very pleasant and the doctor was very knowledgeable.
Had an excellent experience at Barnett and Dulaney Eye Center. We walked in and the staff was welcoming and friendly and very professional. Dr. Johnson always makes us feel very comfortable during our visit.
A very busy place but the staff is 100% professional. I enjoyed my visit and services received is beyond my expectations. I was impressed with the level of customer service at all departments
