They had done a job before stopping by where they were in the mud, so they took off their shoes in order to not track anything inside our place. Very polite and best of all they fixed the issues we had ( a slow draining tub and sink )

Our pump for the finished basement bathroom went out and started causing a backup. The smell was horrible and possibly toxic. We called and of course its on Labor Day weekend at 3am. They told us between 5am and 7am. They were here at 4:15am and ready to work. They got us a pump from their warehouse that opened at 6am. They came back and had everything fixed AND cleaned by 7ish. Amazingly kind and helpful. We called ACE at 1am and didn't call back until 7am. Called Mountain High and same thing. I will use Assurance for all our plumbing needs and more! Thank you Assurance!

We had an emergency at 2 AM on a holiday weekend and Sean answered the call and was here within an hour. He did not hesitate to jump right in and assess the situation and Was able to pinpoint the problem immediately. A pump had gone out and was backflowing up through the floor and the bathtub and toilet. He was able to replace the pump with a new one among some other plumbing issues in no time. Sean was very professional and informative. I highly recommend him. Thank you all so much for getting the job done.
