Ian was great! I took in my 7 year old monster PC build that I had left to neglect for some time. It wasn't reliably posting and it was beyond my ability to diagnose. He cleaned everything out real good, which turned out to be part of the problem, and took it through rigorous diagnostic tests to determine all the issues. Things I would have pulled my hair out forever trying to figure out he found quickly. He even flashed my bios with an update because I was a little apprehensive to do it myself and it had been needed for a while now. Best of all, Ian was super friendly, excellently communicative, prompt, and kind to my limited budget! Thanks Ian!!

Highly recommend! My husband runs a business and his laptop stopped charging. He was able to call in and receive input in a timely manner and we came in to the store. The problem was solved in minutes and they went above and beyond to help us. Very friendly service and so helpful! We will be back with any future needs and are thankful for great people and companies like this!

I had been struggling to find a fix for my brand new pc not working. I was able to drop it off the day after i called. They talked me through what the issues could be and their action plan with finding a fix for the issue when i dropped it off. They called me the next day to let me know what was going on and how they fixed it. They also let me know if it starts acting up again, the money i paid this time will credit to the additional fix. They were fast and efficient!! The customer service was phenomenal. I couldn’t recommend them enough!! 10/10
