Nobody knows how to draw blood properly here. You guys need people with experience. Seriously 2 hour wait and nobody could Draw my blood. 2 hours wasted of my life. If you enjoy being poked by a needle and not get results this is the place for you. I would give this place Negative stars if I could.

I have been coming to Clinica for a couple of years, always happy with all the staff, very helpful. My Dr talks to me not only what's on my Chart but about me and how what's going on in my life. Very Happy 😊

I lost my doctor years ago when she decided to retire. I had several doctors afterwards that I didnt like too much because they wouldn't really listen. Just try abd shove medication after medication down your throat. My daughters goes here and referred me. And I have to say I truly love this place! Dr. Briones is an amazing Doctor! She listens to everything you have concerns in. Gets tests done when needed. I thought I would never find another good Doctor like the one that retired. If you need a really good doctor, go see Dr. Briones at this clinic. She is really good! And the staff are very friendly and caring.

I’ve been going for a few years now. In that time, I’ve had excellent service with the provider/providers but the front office staff is less than professional. Having these girls that are having side conversations or that are playing on their phones as you wait is ridiculous and unprofessional. Although my insurance was approved, I was told it has to be validated which could take up to an hour or two. I have been charged for things my insurance has said would be or was covered. I’ve been told my prescriptions were sent in for refills and they were not. My appointment had been cancelled due to the provider having an emergency and no one called. It seems all they care about is getting the “copay” and then you are a bother again. They need an overhaul or major training on customer service. My husband quit going due to the lack of communication and unprofessionalism as well. I started going because so many of my students went there and when I asked some of the parents what they thought, some of them had left during the year as well because of the front office. Hopefully they get it together. Currently I’m there because of the location and convenience of times but I’m seriously thinking of changing!
