Alex responded very quickly and is very professional and honest in his work. We called AMCA for a second opinion as the first HVAC company was giving us a repair report that did not make sense. Alex confirmed it was not accurate information and fixed the real problem .

I called Alex because the AC was not working at one of my rental properties, he answered the phone, discussed the problem with me, went out and figured out the problem, which wasn't easy. His price was very fair and communication was great. Definitely use him again.Services: A/C system repair

AMCA Heating & Cooling was dispatched to our home through our extended warranty company. After I sent the request for service, Alex had contacted me within a few minutes. He was able to come out to the house within an hour. That was amazing as when we had got home we found our house at 88 degrees and rising. Once he was there he had the problem diagnosed very quickly. The only issue was the exact part he needed was not on his truck and would not be able to get it till the next day. But Alex then went out of his way to figure out away to get the AC unit to work through the night so that we would be able to sleep at home.
