I've been towed four times by Budget Towing. Every time they have been super nice and they always do a great job.
My most recent experience was amazing. Something broke in the front end of my truck and one front tire was pointing sideways. I did not see how they would get the truck on the trailer without doing even more damage. The driver knew exactly what to do. It involved lots of jacking and removing the tire. It was slow careful work and I was amazed at his care and knowledge.
I highly recommend Budget Towing!

We live in a very isolated area 50 miles from Douglas, AZ. Budget Towing in Douglas, through AAA has been OUTSTANDING in providing us service to include, towing, locked keys, and changing tires. This area is extremely remote. People complaining about waits are evidently not from this area. One has to drive 50 miles or more just to get to a grocery store. Budget Towing has served our needs and our neighbors' needs with no problem. We just have to wait!! Special kudos to Segura who is always efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable.
