“Just got off the phone with Tim (Owner) Last year Setting up our contract some thing must of gotten lost in translation. Anyways I brought my concern to him. His reply could of went many directions but ultimately he came back for the customer. As a business owner I wondered what his response was going to be and guess what. He went our way. That simple move he made as the owner just secured many years of business with us. His concern wasnt the pennies I was questioning him on but the long game, I am Happy customer that will be with him for years now. Good move Mr T!
