468 S Main St Unit B, Cottonwood“Sultivate is a great pilates studio! Carla in particular is fantastic. She gives a great workout that leaves your core shaking and your muscles sore. As a former weight trainer I was looking for something different to switch up my workouts that would incorporate flexibility and more core workouts BUT also be challenging. Pilates reformer is definitely that!
I only gave four stars because although I love this studio, some of the reformer classes end 15-20 minutes early. It’s only an hour class so cutting off 15-20 minutes is a big chunk of time.
