Sultivate is a beautiful, impeccably clean studio with fantastic instructors and a truly welcoming atmosphere. Classes are offered at many convenient times and are thoughtfully designed for all levels. Instructors always provide options and modifications for each movement, making it easy to adjust for experience, injuries, or limitations.
Class sizes allow for individual attention, and the overall energy is supportive and community-oriented. Every class works the full body, yet no two classes are ever the same — it’s engaging, challenging, and never boring. Highly recommend.

I recently relocated to Cottonwood and was looking for new places to exercise. I'm so glad to have found Sultivate and it's wonderful they have multiple locations throughout the area for your convenience. I've only taken classes from Dyanne so far but I've had a really wonderful experience. She's so kind and welcoming, especially to someone newer to the reformer like myself. Everyone there made me feel like a regular the moment I walked in.

Sultivate is an extraordinary exercise facility in Cottonwood with equipment, instructors, and a range of classes worthy of a much larger city. We are truly blessed to have Sultivate in our area.
Sultivate Cottonwood has a studio with ten reformers, a studio for Mat classes, and a Gym with lots of top of the line exercise equipment…all kept spotless and in good repair. Plus, Sultivate’s decor is very posh and uplifting.
