In Oct. 2024, I was diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis of my shoulder. I contacted Northern Arizona Rehab and Fitness but didn’t have the highest of expectations. I found the staff to be incredibly professional and knowledgeable. There was a treatment plan specifically for me. I saw noticeable improvement after a few sessions and began to look forward to my visits.
After 8 weeks of biweekly treatments, I noticed a huge change.. my strength and mobility have returned to a level I never thought possible. I recently had total knee replacement surgery. I am very motivated and was looking forward to PT to get me back to a new normal. Tarrin and his team did not disappoint. From my first appointment I knew I was in the right place. I was encouraged and challenged every time I went. All the folks there remember you so you don't feel like a number. I improved much faster than I thought I would, mostly because they listened to me and gave me the exercises I needed to improve. I must admit even though I felt ready to move on I was sad to leave them all.
