Even though your dr referred to them for a at home sleep test because you are suffering from sleep apnea they require you meet with their dr again, this is a 6month waiting list. You can buy at home sleep test direct from companies that require no additional dr appts, this is a way to ge more money from your insurance pure and simple.Its crap service that really doesnt care about your health. A at home sleep test is easy and does not require additional dr appts. RIP OFF!. Also they do NOT call you on the referral you have to call them and they dont call back. overall crap service!
I went to the ER last night after my work shift. I was extremely sick with what seems like everyone is experiencing right now. the nurses were great and then in walks Dr. week I don't know if he was tired but he had horrible bedside manner he asked me what I did for a living I told him I was a bartender and then immediately asked if I had been drinking or doing drugs. I told him that that was horrible to assume because I was a bartender that I was Not drinking or on drugs I end up walking out
I find it hard to believe that these people are swamped on the phone, ever single extension, including the front desk? Funny how I keep calling, and my VA representative calls, and they answer the phone. They pick and choose who they will speak to. This facility needs to step up their game, and talk to people, rather than ignoring them. This is a small town, and it's very sad that they treat people this way.
