I cannot thank Merry Maids enough for the incredible job they did! My friend hired them to help us clean our home as we were moving out, and we had a full house with three kids (one with special needs), two adults, and five dogs. Needless to say, there was pet hair, marks on the walls, and plenty of mess from real life.
The ladies who came were beyond kind, nonjudgmental, and worked together like a NASCAR pit crew. They were fast, thorough, and so friendly the entire time. Because of their hard work, we are getting our deposit back, which is such a huge relief.
I just want to say a big THANK YOU to all of the beautiful ladies who helped us. You turned what felt overwhelming into something possible, and we are so grateful. Highly, highly recommend Merry Maids!

They canceled the first appointment came out 20 minutes late for the second appointment. Very unprofessionally dressed. Very Accommodating I feel I had to work around their schedule. Which would cut into my income. Prices were completely out of control. $680 for the first cleaning two bedroom two bath very small home. Already being cleaned on a regular basis. Did not include windows. Then they want $240 a cleaning the house gets clean twice a week it’s a Vacation home, which is extremely easy to Clean no knickknacks, I was shocked ! Couldn’t imagine the price for a three bedroom two bath common home. And when you look at their written estimate, it just repeats itself over and over and over. Again, very unprofessional.

Called and asked to set a appointment. Asked to make the appointment early because it was a commercial building and we had to work at another project. They said they could not because they started at 9:30. The day of the appointment they called and asked to change the appointment to earlier while we were in a meeting at a different location. We said we would try but probably could not as we had changed plans already to meet them at 9:30. Then they did not show.

I would not recommend this service to anyone. They showed up for the estimated 30 min early, and they showed up to clean the house earlier then the day they said. While they were there, they broke a ceiling light or plastic shade, they screwed up my refrigerator temperature and it leaked all over the floor, left toilets unhooked unable to flush, let's just say things were not left the way they were. I'm missing a set of keys to the back gate, and have text them w/ no response back.... I specified the area that was the most important, and guess what :) it was half done. The cabinets looked great though, so did the stove. For the price, I expected more, they are a rip off. If you choose them, stay so you can chaperone lol:)

I had 6 of the most amazing girls that purified my house. I had it cleaned to put on the market, and these amazing women, Maria, Magdalena, Marta,Mayra,Guadalupe, and Maria Magdalena , were just the happiest group of girls that love their jobs and showed it in the magnificent results. Talk about a clean walk in shine top to bottom, I never would of gotten this with anybody else. Thank you merry maids and the most wonderful girls I had the pleasure of having.
