If you are looking for a personal trainer, I cannot recommend Erika enough. I trained under her for 9 months. During that time Erika helped me to not only reach my personal goals but exceed far beyond what I ever thought I could do. She is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Because of her knowledge and experience as a personal trainer, she is very creative and uses many different modalities during your workouts. This was important to me as I can get bored easily. I learned to use so many different types of equipment that I am no longer intimidated going to the gym.

I’ve been training with Erika for a little over 3 months now and am completely hooked. Her workouts are not only effective but safe and catered to my specific needs taking in my body’s imbalances that need to be corrected. In addition to her amazing workouts Erika is also working with me to help correct my diet and keep me on track. I can not wait to see where my body will be in the next three months!

I’ve been training with this amazing women over a year and a half now....let me just say it’s been absolutely life changing! Before I started, in high school I had two ACL reconstruction surgeries (my left knee my sophomore year and right one my senior year), both from basketball. I trained the rest of my sophomore year and all of my junior year to get back to basketball for my last year in high school and in an open gym practice...a girl spilt water on the ground...didn’t bother to clean it up or say anything, ran right onto the spill and their goes my right knee.
