Since June of 2024, I have been receiving acupuncture treatments from Roger at Desert Crane for the pain from severe arthritis in my neck and herniated disc in my back. His treatments have alleviated this pain and allowed me increased mobility and improved sleep. I respect that Roger looks at the whole body/whole person - not just the presenting symptoms. I am confident in his expertise and have also benefited from the supplements which have reduced inflammation throughout my body unlike any other medicines I have taken. I have been receiving care from Roger and Xiao Xian for months. When I started receiving care I had extensive nerve pain. The only treatment western medicine could give me was to prescribe drugs. The condition itself got worse and worse and the drugs I had to take to relieve the pain became stronger and stronger. After three acupuncture treatments I was able to get off of the drugs completely. It has now been four months. I am still without pain. I am so grateful. Roger and Hsiao Hsien have come to my rescue on several occasions during my hour of need. Their freshly-tailor-made TCM herbal formulations have been a godsend in providing me effective relief from afflictions like ENT infections, upper respiratory ailments and general 'under the weather' woes. I'm so grateful they are here providing holistic herbal medicine.
Seeing me after hours right before their days off they were able to send me home with herbs and thorough instructions to prepare my custom herbal formulation so as I wouldn't be without or have to wait and get worse over the weekend.
