ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I made an appointment 24 hours in advanced, had a massage therapist call and confirm on her private cell phone, I called to let them know I would be a few minutes late and they told me there was no record of an appointment. I told them that I had a pinched nerve and I NEEDED to get it taken care of because I was in a terrible amount of pain, they could care less. From personal experience a business is not supposed to be that unorganized and rude!
