Courtney and Scott were amazing. The best appliance buying experience I've ever had. We're on solar, small cabin, sunny Colorado, family of four. Our last propane fridge was NOT an EZ Freeze and after installing our EZ Freeze over the weekend I'm kicking myself and my hub for not buying an EZ Freeze the first time. I've struggled for years w/ spoiled food and we were were using a cooler for the past 4 months, yes, during the pandemic so you imagine how stressful that has been. The fridge was packaged as if for an air drop- reinforced on all sides, sturdy box, no way it was getting damaged. Arrived in excellent shape with a little bonus in the freezer. Installed and cooled to temp quickly. Last night (Sunday) was the first trip to the grocery store where I could meal plan for the week without fear of having meat. milk and cheese go bad by Wednesday. Thank you Warehouse Appliance for repping a great, great product and running a fantastic company.

Awesome service and people. Mike was great to deal witj, answered my questions, offered alternatives. Our fridge and freezer came well packed and protectef, not s scratch or dent. Will be buying more from here.

Mike's customer service is outstanding! I had an issue with a thermostat with a propane refrigerator that is way off grid. A local service call would have been expensive and difficult considering the remoteness of our cabin.

We were able to diagnose and solve the problem via email. His quick response to every question and exploration of possible causes was far beyond what I would expect.

Most propane appliances don't vary much. I can't stress how important it is to buy from someone who will really have your back when you have a problem. Mike at Dynamix is as good as it gets.
