Ok the first thing I need to post is WOW! We called and spoke with Kaylee. Now this is the type of customer service we grew up with!!!! Compassionate, caring and informative!! Kaylee deserves a raise! She spoke with my husband for over 15-20 minutes asking questions, requesting pics etc. We are already EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with this company! Excellent service! Shawn came out to trouble shoot a stovetop gas issue years ago. Turned a gas vendor did not fully install the gas stove. Today, he trouble-shot an issue with my fridge. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
