Ok the first thing I need to post is WOW! We called and spoke with Kaylee. Now this is the type of customer service we grew up with!!!! Compassionate, caring and informative!! Kaylee deserves a raise! She spoke with my husband for over 15-20 minutes asking questions, requesting pics etc. We are already EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with this company! Have dealt with Kaylee and Pro Appliance service on two separate occasions at two different locations and each time, they've been great. Great to work with and communication is top notch. This is the only appliance repair company you'll need - they're the best!

Excellent service! Shawn came out to trouble shoot a stovetop gas issue years ago. Turned a gas vendor did not fully install the gas stove. Today, he trouble-shot an issue with my fridge. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
