I had a maintenance call several years ago (appx 2019). Cost a few hundred dollars as the system was charged, some new fittings and minor upgrades.In 2021 some circuit thing-a-ma-jig went out. They came out within a day, it was the heat of the summer and our air conditioning was up and running.In 2022 I wanted a special soft start added. They came out, they had already put that part on and was told "give me $20 for gas"! I guess be a steady customer has it's advantages. Just a Great Thanx!!

Called Aardvark. Spoke to Mark. He was busy on a 90 degree day in August but he stopped by between calls and quickly noticed a leak in our line. He returned later after his other appointments and he brazed the leak closed and when we turned the AC on again our home felt cooler in about 30 minutes. And he also gave me some tips on what filters to use. Very pleased! Reasonable price too considering how expensive Freon is now.Services: A/C system repair

The man in the photo from Aardvard came to my house purposely after hours. Looked at the outside of the indoor furnace/a.c. unit with the panels off and said to me " yes I can fix it but it will cost you 100.00+ dollars when I come back.. " He did nothing. Just looked at my unit. Then proceed to tell me "I have to pay him 150.00$. For him showing up after hours. "The appt. for him to come out was at 4:00 p.m. He did not show till after 5:00pm. My 28yr old son meet him at the door. I told my son by phone not to let him in until I returned home at 5:30.I'm very handicap an on a very small income. I pay for my home and utilities by myself.
