My 60 lb pitbull mix has so much trauma around getting his nails trimmed that I dread it almost as much as he does, thus, I consistently procrastinate. These wonderful, compassionate people made it so easy for my dog and me that i already scheduled the dogs next nail trim. The staff was patient and warm, and the groomer was fast, yet gentle. When I first walked in, I made a point to observe all the dogs that were in the middle of being groomed, and their body language was surprisingly relaxed, meaning they were all being treated with the same love that was shown to my dog. The staff here is amazing. They were great with my dog and just all around super friendly. I have a Labrador, and anyone who has one knows they shed like crazy— after his appointment here he didn’t shed for almost 2 months. The reason why I only had one visit was due to cost at the time but will likely be returning as the results at Well Groomed were far better than cheaper groomers
We travel for work, so we have been to lots of groomers for our golden retriever. (We take her once a month) first impression was the initial scheduling, they got us in so fast, like within the same week! Hard to find, but when we went to the actual salon, the place was neat and clean, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Above all that - the groom itself was immaculate, my dog came out looking like a show dog! Absolutely love this groomer, I’d be a forever customer if I lived in the area.
