If anyone deserves your business from the Salon it’s Kassandra. I had an appointment however she had to run out early, but she came back just to work on me and not once was she trying to make excuses or place blame elsewhere. She took her time with straightening my hair and giving me a trim. She is a very humble and sweet person.

I will most likely be switching to Ulta for makeup assistance moving forward. I was lucky enough to get assistance from Sarah during my visit, she sat me down and understood my concerns about my dry skin, and helped me by providing me with amazing recommendations, and skincare tips based on what I was trying to achieve. Extraordinary customer service!

Brittany was wonderful and went above and beyond helping us. We were looking for a specific makeup brush but she ended up helping us with color match and so much more - both recommending products within budget that worked better than what we had previously picked and other items that worked just as well that were less expensive (allowing for the larger budget items). She took the time to talk about all the products and the likelihood of using them (vs just wanting them). It was a great experience for our group. Thank you, Brittany for all your help!
