Alicia has worked with us on several loans and four or five friends who we referred to her by us, all of whom faced major obstacles that their brokers had no good options for. Despite the trust we’ve had in Alicia, we still took several “bids.” Her rates and fees are always significantly lower and she comes up with ways to save that aren't even mentioned by the competition. She was also able to help all of the friends find excellent solutions for their varying dilemmas.
