I want to sincerely recognize the General Manager, I believe his name was David, at The NOW Massage in Chandler, Arizona for an outstanding level of customer service.
I actually reached this location unintentionally while trying to find a central or corporate contact for The NOW after a frustrating experience with another location. Even though the issue had nothing to do with the Chandler studio, the General Manager did not dismiss me, rush me off the phone, or make me feel like I had reached the wrong person. Instead, he listened with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
