    I’ve been working out with Kyle for a few years now. He does a great job in helping you reach your goals. His workouts are challenging (in a good way), and targets all parts of the body. We have a great 5:30am class, small class which gives us more one on one attention if needed. If you need to make a change in your health, he will work with you and help you achieve your goals with nutrition and workouts. 💪

    I started working with Kyle several years ago. In that time I've achieved a level of fitness that I hadn't had in many years. He's constantly changing things up and challenging me to get outside my comfort zone. Not only is he my trainer and cycling coach, but he's become a great friend. He's a man of integrity and always goes the extra mile. He makes you feel as though you're his only client. No matter what your fitness goals are, I'd highly recommend him.
