It was our first time visiting a kid’s haircut salon, and we had an amazing experience at Sharkey’s for our two-year-old son’s first haircut! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. They had fun chairs for kids and even played cartoons to keep our little one entertained. The stylist was gentle and patient, ensuring our son felt comfortable the entire time. The haircut turned out adorable, and they even gave us a cute certificate to commemorate the special occasion. This was our first time at Sharkey’s. My son is 2 years old and has been getting hair cuts since he was 16 months old. We’ve been going to another kid’s hair salon, and while they do a great job, the environment feels more like a salon and my son melts down every time. I was hoping by sitting in a cool car this time that maybe the experience would be less traumatic. I was right! I guess the trick to getting my kiddo to calm down is Lightning McQueen and a balloon lol. Jasmine did a wonderful job on his hair and was so kind and patient. My son was giggling by the end of the session! We will definitely be back!
