Okay, where do I start when speaking about Ramon Francis?We were absolute Property Virgins in every sense of the phrase. We needed all the knowledge we could get, and Ramon was the perfect provider. He was super kind and patient with his delivery of information, sort of like a teacher because he has a way of breaking down information in the simplest terms so that anyone can understand them. And let me tell ya, some of the terms in the home buying process can seem like they were specifically designed so you CAN’T understand them lol. Ramon was outstanding with us in helping us get a loan! Answered all of my many questions and was very patient and friendly. He was also very reachable whenever I called or emailed. Very happy with the service he provided for us. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a home loan. Great experience with him and we closed within a month!
