I really enjoy Premier Family Healthcare. Dr. Loo, Jackie and staff are all amazing! I'm never disappointed with their wait times, knowledge, and patient care. I would highly recommend.
I like Dr Loo but I have never been actually charged for having to change an appointment, even on the day of in the past. I was charged $40.00 2x for cancelling an appointment that was apparently booked twice by them. They removed one of the double charges but still asked for $40 for missing the appointment.I will never go back.
My family has been coming to Dr. Loo since 2016. I have been seeing Dr. Loo from 2017. He is a GREAT doctor who cares about every single patient that walks through his clinic doors. The front office staff are nice and friendly.
