The absolute most unprofessional office I have ever been to. I was referred here only to have a surgery done & it never happened. For starters, they didn't make sure they'd processed things correctly so they would be paid my insurance. They ended up calling me to get a referral from my PCP weeks after my initial appointment. Then, they scheduled my surgery when Dr. C's credentials weren't even in order at Banner. They cancelled my surgery 2 days before the scheduled date. That was 8 months ago. Doctors here are completely useless, do not waste your time or money coming here! I met with a pain management doctor and all he said is they could not do anything about my problem and to go somewhere else.

This pain management is full of lies. They discharge me because of telehealth visit calls because I was dealing with my son death and had to travel out of town for court. They was always sending me to different location.My urine was dirty not once.
