It was a great experience. Staff is very friendly and willing to help with the transition from corporate owned to a private office with flexibility and small town feel in the vast Phoenix area. I recommend this over any other office I've been to.
I just had the best experience at this dental office. Dora at the front desk, Jacob & Alyssa the hygienists, & Dr. Richins all were so welcoming, reassuring and informative. They educated me & answered any & all questions I had.
I knew I had to get a wisdom tooth removed- unfortunately for me, my pain started on a day their office was closed. After submitting an inquiry thru their website, Dr. Richins was kind enough to call me that evening & check on me & scheduled me to come in as soon as I could. Today I finally went in & from the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands.

Dr. Richins is the absolute best. My teeth were a mess when I first started seeing him but with his commitment to seeing my treatment through I can finally bite correctly and have straight, healthy teeth!!
