The staff at Oxford Cleaners are a cut above the rest! I visited their store about a week before my wedding in April and explained to them that I needed my husband's tuxedo dry cleaned for our wedding. The gentlemen in the store at the time were so personable and kind. They assured me they'd have the tuxedo done in plenty of time before the big day. Not only did they do a wonderful job and finish earlier than expected, the didn't charge me anything. Because it was for our wedding they comped the cost it would've been to have his tux cleaned. I had an amazing experience with Oxford Cleaners. I was in a real pinch and needed my tux and all of my wedding attire dry cleaned ASAP before a wedding. Even though they were already extremely busy and had a ton of orders, they still took care of mine and rushed it for me. Everything was finished exactly when they promised, and the quality was outstanding.
My tux came back looking absolutely perfect, crisp, clean, professionally pressed, and looking brand new. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. The staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process.
They did an AMAZING job getting some staining out of my dress AND they had it ready early for me. They offer an re-usable bag so I can skip getting the plastic bags. Excellent dry cleaners!
