I saw a PA this last visit instead of my regular neurologist. I have Parkinson's and this PA was excellent. He had read my file and knew my situation before he saw me. He gave me some very good advice and new tips. I would like to see him again.

From the minute you walk in the door, The entire Staff is more then willing to HELP and Assist you. Your waiting time is OUTSTANDING. You are seen within 10 minutes of your appointment schedule time. The people are great. Getting in touch with them is a whole other thing. Their phone system is a nightmare. Don't ever selection option "0" you will be put into an endless cycle of listening to music followed by the listing of phone options, which don't always match what you want. What they don't tell you is to select the option associated with the PA of the Physician you are seeing. It's taken me weeks to figure that out.
