Needed some items tailored right away and everyone was booked out. Nordstroms, dedicated tailors, dry cleaners, nobody could turn them around fast. Found natural cleaners and at first I was concerned that they didn't answer their phone during business hours but I received a text right away and they interacted right away. I got in same day for measurements and then the work was done a day before it was promised. AND, they were the least expensive around, called 8 places, and closest to my house. Will definitely use them for future tailoring needs.

The staff were courteous, friendly, and efficient. The facility is clean and tidy. My only concern is the price they charged me to have women's casual pants hemmed. There was nothing else required.I had 3 pairs of pants altered: 1 straight legs and 2 wide legs. I was charged, $26, 28, 28, consecutively. My total came to $82, which is more than I paid for the pants. The alterations were good, but I think the amount charged was a bit more expensive for a basic hem job.Also, it would be nice if they could provide a price chart for services provided.

Details, Details!! If you are a perfectionist about dry cleaning then this is the place. Worried about that favorite top coming back not the same way it went in?? Not here, this cleaners is fantastic. Would highly recommend been using for over 5 years. One happy chick!
