Kelly went above and beyond in helping us! Very fair and honest pricing. He came with a job to only clean the tile for our new rental the day before we moved in. When he arrived he and I noticed the carpet was still wet from cleaning 5 days prior and smelled musty. He said he could redo it for us and even moved another job to do it. He cleaned the carpets and tile in the entire house and the carpet was dry the next day for our move. I hired Naims cleaners to do carpet cleaning and stretch out some loose carpet at my old home for move-out and they did an amazing job. Kelly was awesome to work with and was able to get me scheduled on really short notice. Will definitely be using Naims again.

I needed someone to steam clean the tiles on a fixer upper before tenants moved in on a last minutes notice. Kelly was able to fit this in his schedule. He was on time and had great communication.
