Monster Air was able to come out within 2 hours of our phone call telling them our AC unit broke. They are amazing. They worked with us and all the difficulties we were having because of our landlord. The tech that they sent out was extremely nice and very helpful in explaining everything to us. Our landlord was trying to get it done through his homeowners insurance so we had to tell them not to fix it. The insurance company was going to take 2 weeks so our landlord said it was okay to have Monster Air come out to fix the bigger unit. They sent out the same technician and again within a couple of hours. Not once did they try to pressure us in to getting both units fixed. Even when we told him no the first day, he still did not give us any guilt trips or act upset, like most companies would. Their prices are also very reasonable. Brandy is fantastic at billing!
