Got an apt through ClassPass. I REGRET IT! Holly never cut my hair it was Harry. Said was apt with him since ClassPass doesn't say that Holly cuts hair I said ok. I said I only wanted a trim and ended up cutting over 3 inches of hair. Did not wet my hair so cut it dried. I thought to myself I'll trust the process. But no never come here. Completely destroyed my hair and I now have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Cut and thinned my hair so much I cannot put it in a ponytail. Before I needed 4 holders and now not even one can hold the thin and short hair. DO NOT GO HERE!Service: Hairstyling

I stopped in today while trying to find a salon while on a temporary work assignment in AZ. I explained that I just needed a base break/root touch up. I was extremely clear that I did not want any bleached used. My hair is naturally dark blonde. I was told that she was putting just toner on my roots. Within a few minutes my scalp began to tingle. I asked if it was normal, she said yes. Within 10 minutes, my scalp was on fire. I told her my head was burning. She rinsed off the burning chemical and to my shock, my hair was white and other assorted colors, it was not a base break. She told me to just wash my hair a few times and the color would come back. i went for a hair cut , and after he cut my hair like the lower part — one of the staff said “would you like a trim to the bangs?” i said yes because my front bangs were getting long so i needed a trim. and when he started cutting i realized he went so short he literally cut half of my bangs off. my hair is uneven and so are my bangs.
