The welcoming atmosphere is highlighted by the staff's kindness, even offering refreshments for pets during visits. However, some clients with multiple chemical sensitivities have experienced issues with fragrances in the waiting area, which has caused concern. Despite this, many continue to return due to the quality of service and the care taken in alterations.
Very friendly people. I met the daughter, her name is Rai, she is the funniest person you can meet. The lady doesn't speak very good English, so you have to be patient but her work is amazing!
I was in a pinch. I needed two suits and 3 different pairs of pants altered within 48 hours!! Let me start by saying , these suits look amazing! I wanted an athletic looking suit. A more modern tighter look. All pieces needed a lot of work. She had them done in a day! Awesome work ethic and takes pride in her business. She's also a full time momma while all of this is going on. Truly impressed and thank you for always helping me when I need it. I highly recommend this place. This is the only place I can go to because of my MCS (multiple chemical sensitivities) that doesn’t use air fresheners in the waiting area. I have had clothes been contaminated that way from scented plug ins. Unfortunately this last time I was there this happened too! I didn’t have this happened the other 2 times. I could smell a fragrance on my ride home. It has been 2 days and I still smell the air freshener in it. I was also planning to hang out with a friend that also has MCS in 2 days, but now I’m not sure if I’ll be even able to wear it by then!
