👎Billing department is lazy denying to bill carrier when you are on COBRA, explained it was not our fault and told them what was happening. Nicole especially was very mean and supervisor calling back not any better. Stating it is a policy but it is stated nowhere.

ICRC and specifically the Arbor location and Dr. Bansal are simply the best. From reception to nursing all the way to Oncologists and treatment there is no better support, skill and promise. We feel “heard”. Our concerns are met with resources and compassion. Dr. Bansal sets the bar for quality cancer care. Highly recommending this cancer care team option.

Dr. Azam Farooqui is EXCEPTIONAL in care, knowledgable and understanding. He greatly communicates to you in a personal individualized way. I am confident over the years as his patient with my health and wellbeing. The staff is professional, positive and friendly.

Fire the inept girl who can't seem to get lab order coded correctly! I got tired of dealing with the lab, the insurance, Medicare, and this "secretary " every time my claims got refused for being coded incorrectly. So I gave up and transferred my care to MD Anderson. They know what they're doing.

Well, this issue has been going on for over 3 years. Everyone in that office can never take responsibility for anything. The Dr is arrogant and condescending! He blames his patients for what he does incorrect or flat out wrong The Dr should check what his blood orders are and make corrections as needed, never happened. It was patients fault. Your entire staff needs to learn kindness, compassion and patience!

I would never ever go back to this place again even if my cancer came back. Already have plans to go elsewhere if it does. This place disgusts me to no end. I even spoke with the manager of the site Nicole (weeks) after trying to reach out to the OWNER and her also. It doesn't change my mind about this place. But I'm a big advocate and voice for people like me and others who went through the same HELL and nightmare as I did. I will NOT stop and I even told Nicole the office manager that too. I will not stop until we're just no longer a number to you all. And your billing and customer service is in dire need of improvements when talking to patients and insurance (conference) calls. My wife was scheduled twice for her treatment and both times the front person said no appointmenwere scheduled. Driving 30 minutes at an appointment we get text messages confirming appointments! Rude at the front desk!

I cannot thank Ironwood Cancer and Research Center (in Gilbert) enough for the excellent service they provide. Unfortunately my family has had the need to use Dr. Bhalla and Dr. Deroock for many years now and we could not be happier with the service we receive. Both of these men are extremely compassionate and have always treated us with kindness and respect. Thank you to all the doctors and staff that have made difficult times a little easier.

I have been a patient with Ironwood Cancer Center for 5 years. I love my Oncologist and his staff, they are very kind and understanding. I called the front desk to make an appointment with a breast surgeon. I have been having some problems and just wanted the breast surgeon to address some concerns. The girl on the phone was not compassionate and not friendly. Why is someone like that answering phones and dealing with people that are going through cancer. I hung up the phone and felt upset and frustrated.
