Came in for a first haircut for my baby and a sweet gal named Sarah did it and she didn’t just accomplish what I asked for but her customer service and kindness was impeccable! It’s been a long time since I’ve seen such amazing skills in this location that I frequent but the genuine care and compassion she had was out of this world! We will definitely be coming back to this location as long as Sarah is employed there!

I'm thrilled to have Tori back to this location. As a fantastic manager, she brings a wealth of skills. The Plant was in need of new management, and I truly hope they decide to keep her there for a long time! Tori excels at delivering expert haircuts, especially for short styles.

So incredibly happy to have Tori back! She is the only person who has ever layered my hair properly. The last stylist didn't even know how to layer long hair and mine is super long. Tori consistently gives the best haircuts and customer service. She makes you feel like family and is welcoming of absolutely everyone. 10/10 recommend coming to see her.
