Haircut was fine. She wouldn’t accept my discount coupon. Apparently the scanner kept getting an error message. Coupon was current and have used similar coupons without issue in the past. I paid full price but felt she didn’t try very hard to see if it was a scanner error or seek help from others to resolve. Disappointing!
Melody is amazing, her work and attitude is the best of the best!
