Gray Beards Construction to the rescue! My mom needed to have someone help with reconstruction of her basement and kitchen after a long term water leak. They were responsive, professional and most of all caring. Their various trades came in and made the needed repairs, communicating throughout the process. They even custom built a cabinet to match the kitchen. Thank you for your great work, we appreciate it!
We chose GBC Homes to remodel an office space we recently acquired. The office configuration wasn't functional for us. Geno and Carl gave us suggestions to improve our space utilization, including adding a second floor for a conference room. From their architect, trade partners and designers, who all provided valuable input, the process was smooth and efficient. In 3 months, they demolished the old space, including grid ceiling and interior walls, wired for electric and data, installed upgraded HVAC and fire sprinklers, drywalled our new office space including a break room and upstairs conference room, painted and installed flooring!
