Still waiting for retouched photos from a July school photo. Called them, paid for retouch…no photos. Called them again. Told me 2-3 more weeks to receive photo package. It’s now November.

We were in and out in about 15mins. Very simple strait forward process. Pictures were already uploaded by the time we got back in the car to leave. Lady was also very nice, helpful and patient. Very pleasant experience for senior year book pictures!!!

Extremely over priced for very mediocre pictures. I couldn’t believe my eyes when looking over the senior portraits package pricing. This is just another attempt at gouging people on their way out of the high school doors.

My son just had picture day at school yesterday. He came home and complained about the fact he had sweat dripping down his face and that he was in the middle of catching his breath while his picture was being taken. He told me he asked if he could do one more and told the photographer why. (He is 6 and showed that he cared.) To which he was told no and ushered away.
I told him that I’m sure the picture is fine, but he insisted it wasn’t going to be.
I got the picture proofs today. While it’s not as terrible as it could be, the incompetence of the photographer shines through! You absolutely do see sweat drippping down the side of his face and can see he wasn’t smiling. Something that my child always does, especially for pictures. Also him vocalizing to me and the photographer, that he was upset. HE’S 6.
Now him playing or whatever he was doing prior to getting his picture taken, not the photographers fault. but a quick mention to have him dry the sweat/give him that opportunity to do so. Give a better count to let him know the picture is about to be taken/tell him to smile.
I also understand there are hundreds of kids. But when one, that young especially, tells you they’d like to redo it and have legit reasons to…
Super crappy experience. Hope the retakes are better and maybe even a better photographer. Because ⭐️ is all this place gets. Wouldn’t recommend them based off this.

Daniela was very rude to me and my daughter. Appointment was over 30 min late. She refused to let my daughter see any pictures. She said she doesn’t have all day and has appointments after us. It took her longer to complain than for us to quickly glance at the photo. She made us uncomfortable to the point we asked to work with someone else. The other girl had no problem flashing us the photo on the iPad so my daughter can see and make adjustments. The appointment took less than 20 minutes and we paid for an hour. I would never go there again. Daniella sat there and laughed at us and continue to be rude throughout our whole session. With her attitude, I can’t even believe she has a job. I would like a manager to contact me.

Very dissatisfied with this company. I have 2 children in high school this year. One is a freshman, one is a senior. After the beginning of the year pictures were taken at school the company sent a link to purchase said pictures, only unbeknownst to me, they send me Fall 2022 pics to order for my senior. Why, you ask? Because they are tricking people into spending money on pics, thinking they are for this year. They don't make available senior ID pics for purchase. You are forced to pay exuberant cost for senior picture by making Special appts. AND the schools have a contract with them for senior pictures to be in the yearbook so you can't even use another company!!!

stay away!!!! The worst customer service. Then they block you when you give them a negative review. How about fixing the issue instead? Maybe a better business practice than taking peoples money for sub par work
