i’ve been there at least seven to ten appointments in the last year for an ingrown toenail and it’s worse now than it was when i started. they’ve opened up my toe three times and i still have nail in it. they never believe me when i say it’s still in there even though i’ve been right every time and now i think my toe is infected or something else major is wrong with it. instead of an xray or an mri or looking for more nail they told me that i’m probably imagining pain that isn’t there and i need a neurologist.

my serious injury turned into a permanent injury due to the negligence and incompetence of dr. andrew levitt. i wish i would have never made an appointment here. i have been told by my new doctor that if andrew levitt would have done the right thing and acted quickly, my injury could have healed. but now it's too late and i will likely have chronic pain for the rest of my life. i urge everyone to avoid this place. they do not care about you and they will be hostile towards you the moment you stop wasting money at their office.

Andrew Levitt should not be a doctor. He is clearly in the wrong profession. The worst doctors are the ones who have no interest in helping people, but just want to make money. Even worse, he uses his position to inflict harm on people he personally doesn’t like. He deliberately lied on my paperwork. I wish I would have secretly recorded my visit with him. If I had a recording of my visit, I would bring him to court for falsifying medical documents. Andrew Levitt is a criminal in scrubs. I will not be back.

Called about making an appt to see the doctor as a cash-pay patient. The receptionist was very pleasant. I gave her my name and we updated my address, and phone number. I made the appointment and before ending the call I asked her if she could give me ballpark on the fee for the appointment. She told me that since it had been a while since I had seen the doctor I would be charged a new patient fee of $150 and another $150 to see the doctor (but it could be more). I asked more about the new patient fee, and she said that was for filling out new paperwork like health history, allergies, who to contact in an emergency, etc. I'm like isn't that the paperwork you're asked to fill out just about every time you go to a doctor? I have been seeing Dr. Discont or one of the other doctors for at least 15 years. The "new patient" fee is sort of insulting.

No less than 2 of the doctors/staff at this office are liars and thieves who would rather your “treatment” cost 5000 dollars and take 5 months instead of 300 dollars and 3 months. They would rather prolong your suffering, and fraudulently overcharge you, so they can make more money off you. They violate the hippocratic oath they took in med school which states a physician will prevent disease whenever possible, as prevention is preferable to cure. Andrew Levitt is one of the doctors who clearly does NOT abide by the oath he took. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

Dr.Krahn performed foot surgery for plantar fasciitis it was the best decision! I can now walk and live my life normal without pain!! Thank you ??

I am compelled to warn others against seeking care at this office.i am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent billing experience. Over the past year, I have visited this clinic 3 times.Despite seeking clarity regarding copayments during my visits. I received conflicting information from the front desk staff, initially I was informed that I had no copay. Later I received a bill totaling $177, that included charges for my first two visits that I did not owe.Despite multiple attempts to rectify this issue including four emails, several voicemails messages and also reaching out to the office manager I received no response.This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
