I've been to a couple of other F45 gyms and this one is definitely my favorite. I think what makes all the difference is the community this gym has built, in addition to the friendly and motivating staff, cleanliness of the gym and other offerings. Definitely make sure to book ahead cause classes can get booked out certain days/times. I was a newbie and am quickly becoming addicted to the dynamic aspects that classes bring to my workouts!
I’ve been doing HIIT workouts for several years before transitioning to F45. The gym I previously attended went out of business, so I went gym shopping. F45 provided me with the intensity I was looking for. I am naturally high-energy, so I need workouts that make me sweat and increase my heart rate. F45 is the best fitness program around, and Chandler North is the best F45 location. IT'S LAKEFRONT! How cool is that?The trainers are the absolute best. It's not a formal, power trip type of trainer-client relationship. They care about YOU, not your monthly payment or how good you look on social media. They ask me all the time how they can help me reach my goals. They listen to my feedback, and actually remember it! Pretty awesome when two weeks later they ask "how's the knee?" or "have you been doing those core strengthening exercises I showed you to help your lower back?"
